The box showed up completely smashed, and the packaging was bad. The description made it sound like it would be packed securely, so that wording felt a bit misleading. Not great to receive something looking like it got tossed around the whole way here

I was really looking forward to my order, but what showed up was not what I actually ordered. Always fun when shopping turns into a guessing game, right? I reached out to support and they did eventually respond, but it took way longer than it should have to get things sorted. Overall, frustrating experience, and I doubt I’ll be ordering from here again

I really wanted Trulap to work, but it kept freezing on me at random times. One minute a page would load like normal, and the next it would just hang there or kick me out completely, which got frustrating quickly.
I tried using it on both my laptop and my phone, and had the same problems on each. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me it felt too unstable to rely on, and I also wish the instructions were clearer when things went wrong. I ended up wasting way more time than I expected.

The material feels really cheap and scratchy, not soft at all like I expected. I also wasn’t thrilled that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact when I needed help, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

I ordered from trulap.com the photos did a great job making it look high quality. In person though, it felt cheap right out of the package. The stitching was messy, the material didn’t really match what I expected, and after just one use it was already starting to come apart. Maybe I just got unlucky with mine, but for the price, I was definitely expecting something that held up better.

I sent my order back and I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. Not really sure what’s going on here?? It’s getting annoying

To be fair, the site was easy enough to use and I did find what I was looking for. A couple of parts were a little confusing at first, though, and it took more clicks than I expected. It’s not a bad experience by any means, but I think it could be a bit smoother and more straightforward.

I took a look around the site feels old-fashioned. The design is kind of messy and harder to follow than it needs to be, which seems like an avoidable issue with a cleaner layout

i tried using trulap.com, and the mouse controls just didn’t feel great to me. clicking around felt kind of awkward, and sometimes I had to move the mouse way more than expected just to do simple stuff. hover elements also didn’t always respond the way I thought they would. maybe other people won’t mind it, but I got frustrated quickly. it just didn’t feel like a smooth site to use with a mouse.

I don’t know what else I was supposed to do here. I emailed them more than once, waited, followed up, and it just felt like my messages were going into a black hole. The issue never got fixed, nobody really stepped in to help, and the whole thing was just frustrating from start to finish.

It’s not bad. For the price, the build feels okay. On my desk, it stays solid. No wobbling or anything dramatic. But a few parts... yeah, they don’t feel that tough. Like they might start wearing down after enough use. It works fine for everyday stuff, just don’t expect some super rugged, heavy-duty thing.

I ended up returning this because the surface was just too small for my laptop. It might work fine for a smaller device, but if you’re using a regular-sized laptop, I’d definitely recommend measuring first so you don’t run into the same issue
